Do I need to be home when my order is delivered? 
No, we will leave your order at your front door and take a photo as proof of delivery. However, if your order has alcohol you will need to be present and show ID. If you have ordered cold/refrigerated products they will be left at the door and ARE NOT IN COOLERS, so you would want to be home.

Can I schedule my delivery time?
Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer scheduled deliveries. We will in the near future! 

I know Veruca is in my area right now, but I am unable to order
It's possible that you opened the Veruca website before we opened up in your area. If you know we are there and it's not allowing you to order try closing out of the website and reopening it. If you are still having problems shoot us a text message at 619-320-8146.

How do I make a return? 
At this time products are not eligible for return or exchange. However, if you have encountered an issue with a product or order please reach out to us and we will make it right! Contact us here. 

Where does Veruca ship? 
We deliver orders to any address within a 5 mile radius of one of our warehouses.  

Who is delivering my order?
Your order is delivered by a Veruca driver. 

Do you ship to PO Boxes? 
We do not. 

How long will it take for my order to get to me? 
Average order delivery time is 15 minutes, sometimes it will be faster and sometimes a little longer. Your order should always arrive within 30 minutes, if it’s taking longer than that we will contact you. 

It says I live out of the range, what can I do? 
We are quickly growing, but can’t be everywhere right away! If you’re not close enough to one of our warehouses it will say your delivery address is out of the acceptable range. You can change your address to one where you know we do ship or you will have to wait until we are in your area. Send us a note with where you live and we’ll try to open a warehouse near you soon! 

An item in my order was damaged, what can I do?
