Veruca $200 Grocery Giveaway — Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

By entering the Veruca $200 Grocery Giveaway (the “Giveaway”), you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and our Privacy Policy.

Eligibility

  • Open to legal U.S. residents aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.

  • Only one entry per person is allowed.

  • Employees, contractors, affiliates, or immediate family members of Veruca are not eligible to win.

How to Enter

To enter, simply:

  • Sign up for Veruca email and text message updates at [veruca.com] between now and May 8, 2025.

  • All eligible signups will be automatically entered into the Giveaway.

Prize

  • One winner will receive $200 worth of groceries, fulfilled through Veruca’s grocery delivery service.

  • The prize has no cash value and is non-transferable.

Winner Selection

  • One (1) winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries on May 8, 2025.

  • Winner will be notified via email and/or text message using the contact information provided during signup.

  • If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, a new winner may be selected.

Delivery Area Terms

  • If the winner resides outside of Veruca’s delivery area in San Elijo, they may:

    • Pick up their groceries at a Veruca-designated location, or

    • Wait until Veruca begins service in their area.

  • Veruca reserves the right to verify the delivery address to ensure eligibility for home delivery.

General Terms

  • No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win.

  • By entering, participants agree to receive marketing communications from Veruca (you can unsubscribe anytime).

  • Veruca is not responsible for technical failures, incomplete entries, or any issues beyond its control.

  • By entering, you release Veruca from any liability arising from or related to the Giveaway.

  • Veruca reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Giveaway at any time for any reason.

By participating in the Giveaway, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway.
